When people get old and approach middle life, even health people suddenly start to have different diseases, furthermore some people killed with cancer. After observing these phenomena, Jamiwon food started to research about foods that can prevent and delay different diseases occur after the middle age. In the meantime, we found that garlics are not easy to take in compare to its effects, and we developed the black garlic that has no garlic scent and stomach aggravation, patented it in June, 2007. After a year, we finally registered black garlic production as patent in October, 2008, and have produced it in a small scale. With only black garlic, it was not enough to help to prevent different diseases occur after the middle age.
